UPDATE
It has been 5 months since I closed the store and although I have had a few setbacks in getting my "shop room" ready, other things have been going well. I have been an itinerant, delivering knitting supplies and teaching private lessons to individuals or small groups. The class schedule has been updated with new listings.
Of special note: the Denmark Sheepfest is coming right up on April 17th. This is a terrific family day out, with sheep shearing and fiber art demonstrations as well as local vendors and great refreshments - hard to beat for Saturday entertainment. The Sheep Fest is held at the Denmark Arts Center. Use the link on this website for more information.
Coming up in June is the Pleasant Mountain Fiber Arts weekend with local and internationally known mentors with inspiring classes. These classes are being held in the Denmark Arts Center. I am teaching 3 classes at this venue - "Knitting from Charts", "Cast On, Bind off and Seams", and "Gauge". This event has developed an excellent reputation for high level instruction. Spring has come early this year, but is very welcome. I hope you are all enjoying the milder weather, as I am.
